How can GOD know how bad I feel??
Whatever pain we have experienced.GOD have felt!
1. Betrayal?? --> God understand that kind of grief very well, believe HIM! Remember Judas?
2. Denial?? --> JUst think of Peter..will you?
3. Rejection?? --> He is daily rejected, and not just by unbelievers but by those who claim HE as LORD.
4. Divorce?? --> Reread Hosea, and understand through the writings of that prophet the depth of HIS grief
in the face of adultery.
5. Death?? --> Every single day our world turns, HE lose thousands of those HE would long to call HIS own
- people HE love so much HE would die for, and did - who slip off into darkness without ever
calling on HIM to save them.
We must understand that every single pain and grief and loss and failure of every person throughout the course of all human history was placed on HIS shoulders and HIM alone.
Why do you think He made us so that we feel better when we unburden ourself of our grief? So we would come to HIM. So that we would share our burden with HIM and let HE take them from us.
We can't continue to swirl the bitter pill around in our mouth, hoping somehow it might yet become sweet..
Stop 'cherishing' our burden..cos it's not going to change. What's done is done. WE, however can change..if we let GOD change us.
Give our burden back to GOD..and stop taking it back. Cherish something else..which is..CHERISH GOD.
If u're still angry at GOD for letting you suffer, and that cause you to continue cherishing your grief..your burden.
GOD never leave us.. It's just that while we hold on to our disappointment, we can't see HIM. And it becomes difficult for us to see HIS blessings when we've become blind to what HE's doing for us daily.
You see,my friend in CHRIST..it's not for HIS benefit that we need to cherish HIM, to worship and hold on to GOD..but it's for our own...
GOD bless..(^ ,^)
